Financial Services is a wealth management firm started by Sunil Tiwari and Vishal Govindani which was established in July 2013 and since then have been managing over 150 families with an AUM of over 225 crores as on Aug, 2020. We are distributors of mutual funds, fixed deposits, PMS, insurance and other related products. With our experience , expertise and financial management process, we assist our clients in taking informed decisions while managing their financial assets.
Our principle of maintaining utmost transparency with our clients and discipline of adhering to all the norms required to be complied from the regulators (AMFI & SEBI) has ensured sustainable growth.In the year 2019 we went through an AMFI audit and were found to be 100% compliant in the way we conduct our business with clients and have complied with all the regulatory requirements.
From being an offline transaction business, today we are a completely online set up and have the best in class software and robust system which updates portfolios without any manual intervention.
Sunil has an experience of over 18 years in the financial service industry. He has worked with HSBC in multiple roles from 2002 till 2010 , HDFC Bank (Private Banking) from 2010 till 2011 and as a branch manager with Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2011 till 2013. He is an MBA in Finance and has an in-depth knowledge of mutual funds and specializes in NRI banking related regulations. He is AMFI certified and has helped his clients in building portfolios over a period of years and help them get the desired returns.
Vishal has an experience of over 16 years in the financial service industry. He has worked with HSBC in multiple roles from 2004 till 2011 and as a branch manager with Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2011 till 2013. He is an MBA in financial markets from ITM and has an in-depth understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements of the banking and mutual fund industry. He is AMFI certified and has helped his clients take the right financial decisions over the last few years.
